Misty is from the original Grausturm
kennels line and is the grand-daughter of
Grausturm Aurora (mother of Best Veteran in Show at the Weimaraner
National 2001) and great grand-daughter of Grausturm kennels
foundation bitch Ch Silberuss Blanche CD (Best in Trial
winner Lton Royal) and foundation dog Gunesh Silver Karn (son
of Ch Kermann Kingsley Karn CDX, father of Australia's first dual
Champion Weimaraner Dual Ch Arnbrook Silver Gem CD). Misty had three
litters, one of six pups incl. THREE AUST CHAMPIONS to date, second
litter - four pups, and one live puppy in her last litter.
Unfortunately Misty died during a routine desexing operation shortly
afterwards much to our devastation.
Misty was a multiple Best in Group
winner and consistent winner of Royals here in Tasmania. She was
also shown in Victoria where she came 3rd in open bitch at the Royal
Melb. 2000. Misty was also rated Excellent at the National of 2001.
Misty also won Best of Breed at Royal Hobart 2002 and also State
Bred in Group and Best of Breed under visiting international judges
in 2002.
